Join us on the full moon for a transformational evening of healing, ancestral connection, release, and embodiment held under the white oaks by sacred fire.

This ceremonial experience includes a shamanic drum journey along with powerful guided meditations designed to help you connect with your lineage, harvest ancestral gifts, and release patterns no longer meant for you.

Each stage of your journey will be complemented by a flower essence created by Etheric Botanical Perfumer Jackie Zykan, sourced in person and attuned to the earth. These essences will be paired with each step of the ceremony to deepen your connection with the planet, amplify ancestral healing, and help you embody more of earth’s medicine.

You will be guided with meditation and the medicine drum by Embodied Soul Alchemist Jackie Helton to clear and ground your energy, then led into ancestral connection with Key Burns, PhD Candidate in Jungian Studies and Reiki Master. Together we will move through release, healing, and embodiment supported by the power of flower essence, sacred fire, and shamanic medicine drumming with Michael Drum, a medicine drum healer, teacher and guide to your inner world , carrying you into a deeply relaxed theta-state reverie.

🌀 The Ceremony Will Include:

• Land Acknowledgment & Intention Setting – Honoring the spirits of the land, opening sacred space, and setting your personal healing intention. Paired with flower essence to root your presence in earth’s wisdom.

• Guided Meditation to Clear & Prepare the Energy Body – Led by Jackie Helton, with medicine drumming by Michael Drum to support grounding and readiness. Flower essence chosen to clear, stabilize, and open your energetic field.

• Guided Ancestral Connection Meditation – Led by Key Burns, guiding you to meet your ancestors and receive their insight. Flower essence here supports ancestral remembrance and deep connection.

• Pinecone Release Ceremony – Offering to the fire what is no longer yours to carry: generational patterns, wounds, and beliefs. Flower essence paired to release and transform.

• Integration Break – Space for reflection, journaling, or sharing. Supported by essence for inner calm and clarity.

• Harvesting the Gifts of the Ancestors – A contemplative guided meditation to receive ancestral strengths, blessings, and wisdom. Flower essence here anchors the gifts into the heart and spirit.

• Embodiment Meditation & Healing with Medicine Drumming – Led by Jackie, to anchor what you’ve received and embody your higher self. Drumming with Michael supports deep integration. Final flower essence assists embodiment and alignment with your higher vibration.

What to Bring

• Journal + pen

• Water bottle

• A pinecone (or you may use one of ours)

• A small item for the ancestral altar (photo, stone, herb, etc.) – optional

• Blanket, chair, or cushion for comfortable outdoor sitting

• Drum or rattle – optional (group participation reserved for the closing circle)
